ReDiscovering the Goddesses of Nebraska

Merry Meet friends and welcome. We are pleased to announce the RDGN ongoing project. This is our contribution to the Goddess 2000 project.

Our focus is slightly different, though. While Goddess 2000 is seeking to bring about new images of the Goddess, we are seeking those images that already exist in the State of Nebraska. To this end, we have a team of people who are seeking out the Goddess images which already exist in this state, images in public buildings like the State Capitol, public parks, and even individuals homes.

As an agrarian state, the Goddess has always been a part of Nebraska, whether or not the people of the state recognize this. Keep your eyes on this page for updates as our project get's underway. Our goal is to have a number of galleries of Goddess images available off of this page. In the future, we are contemplating calanders and books based on the images of the Goddess in Nebraska joined with original poetry and stories.

If you know of any Goddesses in Nebraska that should be included, click here to use the handy-dandy form. We will give credit where credit it due, so finders will receive a thank-you and, if you wish, recognition on the site.

Thank-you for reading this far. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via e-mail and we will be happy to respond.

Blessed Be!
